WELCOME TO THE CHAMBER FIT HUBS
A new initiative designed to enhance the health, well-being, and community within Sussex based Chambers of Commerce.
The Fit Hub provides a welcoming, supportive space for members to improve their physical fitness, mental resilience, and build stronger connections within the community.

Members can take part in a variety of individual, pay-as-you-go activities, giving them flexibility and allowing them to explore what the Fit Hub has to offer. These activities range from yoga classes and fitness sessions to interactive group walks and competitions
