Helen was diagnosed with a Brain Tumour in January 2020 and her life was turned upside down. Balance, stability and simple life functions were damaged by this obstacle. The tumour was removed, sitting at 17.3 stone and she was able to begin her fitness journey 6 months later. Fast forward 2 years, Helen now competes in Hyrox every 3 months. Weighs 11.6 stone and is part of a local running club. 

I spend my time enjoying climbing the mountains, exploring the waterfalls and spending my time with nature. 

Helping people achieve their fitness goals is in my blood. Help changing lifestyle habits for the better.

I have been participating in sport since I was 4 years old, starting with football before adventuring into Distance running when I was 14. 

I competed over any distance from 800m to 10km, proudly getting PBs of 1minute 59 for 800m, 16.35 for 5k and 36.30 for 10k. I also competed for my county at the UK Inter County Cross Country Championships. Through a childhood built around sport, I decided to get a career in the fitness industry and have 10 years experience in providing advice to help people reach their goals!

Carys joins us from Loughborough University where she is studying marketing and management.

She will be coordinating our marketing and events.
A regular gym goer, she understands the importance of conditioning which helps with her dance, tap, ballet and contemporary.

As a committee member and competition coordinator of Loughborough Athletics Union, she recently organised the prestigious Loughborough intra university dance competition with over 1,200 competitors.

Hunter is our Dog Logistics Director.

Hunter coordinates dog treats for all the dog guests at our Wellness Events, making sure all dogs are included

Hunter is a notable sock collector and is very well known within the dog community
